FRUIT TRIFLE IN A JAR
½ cup black grapes, halved
2 medium oranges, separated into segments
½ cup green grapes, halved
½ medium pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup readymade custard cream
1 cup whipped cream
¼ cup mixed fruit jam
200 grams readymade vanilla sponge, cut into 1 inch cubes
8-10 walnuts, chopped
¼ cup tutti frutti
1. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with whipped cream.
Fill another piping bag with mixed fruit jam.
2. Line a mason jar with some custard cream, put some sponge
cubes and pour some more custard cream on it. Top with
some black grapes and some walnuts. Pipe some whipped
cream on top. Put some orange segments, some green grapes
and spread some more custard cream on top. Put some
pineapple cubes and some black grapes on top. Repeat the
process till all the ingredients are used.
3. Garnish with some tutti frutti and pipe some jam on it.
Refrigerate to chill.
4. Serve chilled.
