aaj mai aapko palak paneer banana sikha rahi hu, palak paneer humari health ke liye bahut hi accha hota hai kyuki paalak main humein Iron bharpoor matra main mil jata hai or Paneer main aapko bharpoor matra main Protein milta hai. aap is recipe ko banaye or comment box mai batayein ki aapko ye recipe kaisi lagi. Ingredients used in making paalak paneer :-

Spinach ( palak ) – 250 gm

Paneer – 250 gm

Tomato – 2

Onion – 1

Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp

Green chili – 2

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Garam masala – 1/4 tsp

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
